Barry Axelrod
President & Founder

With over 40 years experience in the Vinyl industry, Barry founded Bayshore in 1986 to manufacture specialty flexible compounds. Relying on experience gained in past positions as plant engineer, Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing, Barry built Bayshore into a major independent manufacturer of flexible and rigid virgin PVC compounds and recycled flexible and rigid compounds.

Jeffrey has over 27 years of experience in the plastics industry, including flexible and rigid PVC compounds. Jeffrey has worked for several companies in the industry holding positions ranging from Executive Vice President to sales representative. Jeffrey's responsibilities have included executive leadership, sales, sales leadership, technical management, research & development, and operations.

Shari Geiger

Shari has been with Bayshore since 1986 in sales and sales management. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Bayshore sales force in addition to a regional territory of her own. The Bayshore Group sales force covers the United States, Canada and Mexico. Adding to her experience, Shari is also active in the Society of Plastics Engineers and was on the Board of Directors for the Palisades Section. Shari graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Joe D'Ulisse
Director of Manufacturing

Joe has been with Bayshore since its inception. He brings a broad background in the plastics industry, having worked with polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene, in addition to PVC. He is also experienced with the manufacture of virgin and reprocessed materials.

Before joining the Bayshore Group in August 2004, Bill has worked for more than 35 Years in the PVC industry. He started his career with Hooker Chemical Corporation and was Manager-Compound Development before leaving in 1984 to join Novatec Plastics where he was Senior VP-Technology prior to coming to Bayshore. Bill has been involved in many areas of PVC compounding and Compound Development for both Flexible and Rigid applications.

    Andy has over 25 years experience in the vinyl industry and has been with Bayshire over 20 years. Andy's prior positions had him in charge of shipping,receiving and quality control. He is currently in charge of all purchasing and controls the flow of raw materials and finished goods.
